A global energy solutions provider is seeking a Product Manager for its Communications Power System lines. This role involves overseeing product development strategies and collaborating with various teams to implement successful product solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in product management, along with strong leadership skills. The position offers a compensation range of CAD 119,300 to CAD 149,200 plus bonus.

This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Compensation Range : 119,300-149,200 plus bonus
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.
Oversees product management function for Communications Power System lines to create and implement successful strategies that lead to the creation of product solutions.
This position contains supervisory responsibilities
Required Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military training in field of engineering or technical
Experience : 8 - 10 years in field of product management, new product development and marketing.
Supervisory Experience : 4 - 6 years
Requirements and Skills
Ability to motivate cross-functional team and work in matrix organization
Proven track record in leading teams
Understanding of sales process, strategy development, business-case development, and market implementation
Capable of presenting strategic initiatives to senior and executive management
Strong communication and time management skills
Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&Ls, and product profitability analysis
Ability to deliver objectives within budgetary boundaries
Professional demeanor; team player orientation
Ability to interface with internal / external partners at all levels
Ability to deal with customers with a strong degree of technical competence
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with power systems and communications industry knowledge are preferred.
