As Director, Product – Diagnostics, you will shape the vision and roadmap for a next‑generation diagnostics experience that connects lab data, insights, and care delivery. You will define how practitioners interpret results, personalize treatment, and engage patients through connected insights that improve outcomes. This role is for a product leader who thrives in complexity, turns data into clarity, and builds products that change how care happens.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and evolve the long-term vision for Labs as a cornerstone of Fullscript’s clinical ecosystem.
  • Lead product development, from vendor integrations to intelligent recommendations.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of product experience with a record of launching and scaling complex platforms.
  • Natural storyteller who connects business strategy to value.
  • Passion for the craft of product management, including discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Ability to thrive in high‑autonomy environments with big goals and open problems.
  • Strong user experience (UX) instincts with a deep understanding of how to build intuitive, user‑friendly products.
  • Operational fluency — you know how to scale product processes, improve team effectiveness, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous environments.
