A global market research firm is seeking a Director for their Online Communities and Custom Panels team. This role involves leading research studies, managing client relationships, and analyzing data to deliver impactful insights. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of research experience and strong organizational skills. As a Director on the Ipsos Online Communities and Custom Panels team you will be joining a dynamic and growing team of research and community / Panel experts dedicated to bringing the consumer voice to life for some of the worlds most innovative brands.
In this role you will be responsible for retaining and accelerating the growth of the Online Community is a position that will allow you to collaborate with clients to present and leverage new tools methods and cutting-edge solutions to impact your clients business and society at large. You will have the ability to work across both qualitative and quantitative avenues to interpret client objectives and guide your team in the creation of Online Communities driven by strategic engagement and research design.
The Director role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills an understanding of quantitative and online qualitative research and practical brand and marketing experience that will amplify the critical role of insights and how they are leveraged to support our clients. You will be part of the senior management team driving the future of the practice.
