RESPONSIBILITIES - Director of Supply Chain

• Develop and execute North American supply chain strategies for service and manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with French operations to align processes and leverage global synergies.
• Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management.
• Integrate quality standards and support audits / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive measurable cost savings across materials, logistics, and services.
• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement and supply chain team.

REQUIREMENTS - Director of Supply Chain

• 8-10+ years of progressive supply chain experience; 5+ years in leadership.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related (Master's preferred).
• Strong background in manufacturing supply chains, international logistics, and supplier management.
• Proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.); Lean / Six Sigma an asset.
• Fluency in French and professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) are strong assets.
