Our client, a forward-thinking industry leader, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and facilities operations with vision and precision. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape supply chain strategy, oversee facilities management, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive cross-functional initiatives that ensure operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term growth.

In this role, you will lead procurement and inventory strategy by spearheading purchasing and optimization efforts that support cost efficiency and operational continuity. You will strengthen critical supplier relationships to secure reliability, quality, and competitive advantage. You will also oversee facilities management, directing maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor contracts to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively. Collaboration will be key as you partner with senior leaders to align supply chain and facilities strategies with broader corporate goals. Additionally, you will manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-control measures that significantly enhance operational performance.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and bring 7–10 years of supply chain leadership experience, with exposure to facilities operations considered a strong asset. Certifications such as CSCP, FMP, or CFM are preferred. Success in this role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation capabilities, analytical expertise, and proficiency with modern supply chain systems.
