Qualifications

  • 5 years of automotive finance or lending experience with deep Special Finance expertise.
  • Proven ability to structure complex deals, handle negative equity and navigate lender parameters.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer credit reports and finance regulations.
  • Relationships with key lenders and a sharp understanding of credit structuring.
  • Leadership experience in a multi-dealership or large retail environment (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to travel across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia as needed.

We are looking for a Director of Special Finance who is not just experienced but driven to make this strategic leadership role you will oversee and grow our Special Finance operations across 10 dealerships. You will bring deep expertise in automotive finance lender relations deal structuring and customer credit solutions and use it to build systems teams and relationships that set a new standard in the industry.
