Westpro Machinery Inc. is looking for a full-time Director of Global Sales & Technology based in Vancouver, BC.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading Westpro’s global sales operations, driving revenue growth, and aligning technology strategy with the company’s long-term business objectives.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for strengthening global client relationships, guiding a high-performing sales team, and overseeing business development initiatives that advance Westpro’s position as a world leader in mineral processing technology.

To qualify, you will need 10+ years of experience in sales within the mining or capital equipment industry, including 5+ years in a sales leadership capacity. While a degree or diploma in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is considered an asset, demonstrated success leading teams and delivering revenue growth in technical or industrial markets will be essential. A combination of education and proven industry experience will also be considered.
