About the Role

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll report into our CRO, Peter Cutler, and will lead the function that strengthens how we go to market. Your mandate: optimize GTM performance through analytics, enablement, and process excellence. Working across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Partnerships, you’ll be central to improving productivity and ensuring the revenue organization is set up to succeed at scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with GTM leaders to improve the full revenue cycle—from pipeline health to customer retention—and launch strategies that drive growth.
  • Lead GTM analytics, surfacing insights that inform decisions and unlock new opportunities.
  • Oversee operating rhythms, including territory planning, deal reviews, forecast calls, commission plans, spiffs, and board reporting.
  • Own and prioritize the RevOps roadmap, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered on time with clear visibility for stakeholders.
  • Act as owner of the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Catalyst, Gong, and more), ensuring integrations and data flows empower the business.
  • Partner with leadership to roll out performance improvement initiatives and enablement programs that raise the bar for the team.
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of RevOps experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of analyzing, designing, and automating revenue processes that scale.
  • Experience implementing GTM strategies that streamline operations and create a seamless revenue cycle.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau), including building the right data environment.
  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration: accountable, data-driven, and professional.
  • A history of meeting and exceeding operational goals with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
Bonus Experience

Prior experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with a strong grasp of KPIs like NRR and CAC payback.
