A leading B2B SaaS company in Toronto is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to enhance go-to-market performance through analytics and process excellence. This role involves partnering with leaders to optimize the revenue cycle, overseeing analytics, and managing the revenue operations roadmap. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience and expertise in GTM tech stacks. A commitment to cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making is essential.
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll report into our CRO, Peter Cutler, and will lead the function that strengthens how we go to market. Your mandate: optimize GTM performance through analytics, enablement, and process excellence. Working across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Partnerships, you’ll be central to improving productivity and ensuring the revenue organization is set up to succeed at scale.
Prior experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with a strong grasp of KPIs like NRR and CAC payback.
