We are currently looking for a Director of Retail Partnerships & Operations to join our team in Montreal or Toronto. This position reports to the SVP, Retail Partnerships & Operations

If you are a proven relationship builder, with a strong understanding of the CPG/Retail Industry and have a passion for Retail Media, we want to hear from you!

  • Oversee day to day partnership with Canadian retail partners
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key retail stakeholders across their Retail Media, Marketing and Merchandising teams
  • Ensure timely retailer approvals of campaigns and seek opportunities to enhance operational processes
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and ensure they are constantly updated regarding any key developments
  • Aim to reduce any friction/crossover between Stingray and Retailer selling efforts
  • Partner with retailers and Stingray operations lead to ensure strong audibility across all participating stores
  • Stay closely connected to industry trends/developments that can impact Stingray Advertising
  • Explore opportunities to expand partnerships beyond audio with existing retailers, in addition to strategically pursuing new partnerships, in collaboration with SVP
  • 5+ years’ experience in working with major retailers, ideally in the advertising space
  • Solid grasp of the programmatic space
  • Strong understanding of the retail/CPG industry and RMNs (retail media networks)
  • Solid organizational skills & the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bi-lingual (French) – ideal, but not a requirement
