Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, organization, and evaluation of human resources, payroll, and benefits functions, ensuring seamless delivery of services across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management to support employee satisfaction and organizational goals.
  • Create and execute a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive service excellence within the HR team, setting and maintaining high standards for performance and quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying informed on HR trends and innovations.

Requirements
