A recruitment agency is looking for a Director of Organizational Development in Ottawa. The successful candidate will oversee organizational development programs and lead a team while ensuring alignment with business needs. On behalf of one of LRO’s premiere clients, we are recruiting for an organizational development leadership professional. Reporting to the Vice President HR Strategy, the Director Organizational Development is responsible for overseeing the direction of the corporations’ organizational development programs, both as a strategic leader and through the efforts of several direct reports.
Duties include but are not limited to :
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and enhance existing programs
The successful candidate will have the following :
Proven strategic leadership experience together with managing external partners
This position is a full‑time permanent position, offering a salary range of $130K-$170K commensurate with experience together with a comprehensive benefits package, paid for by the corporation and including a retirement component. This client offers a hybrid work environment (3 days / week in office) conveniently located in the downtown core.
