We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations, Disability Management Services to lead, optimize and scale disability management operations across Canada. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Employer Services, this role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, business growth, and operational excellence nationwide.This role is ideal for someone who understands how to run efficient day to day operations and how to design the systems, processes and culture that sustain long-term success.
This is a pivotal opportunity for an operational leader who thrives on building structure from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands‑on expertise, someone who can see the big picture, design the roadmap and then lead teams to deliver measurable impact.
