A leading precision technology firm is seeking a Director of Operations in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive process improvements in a complex manufacturing environment. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in lean manufacturing.
Director of Operations Location: Toronto, Ontario, CAN
The Director of Operations will provide leadership, direction and hands-on involvement while managing personnel and processes involved in areas of responsibility. They will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of our processes and systems in support of strategic and policy deployment objectives. The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day operating activities along with production capacity planning, capital project justification, risk analysis, and support for new product/process introductions.
