Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in multi-employer or public sector pension plan.
  • Advanced knowledge of DB pension plan fundamentals and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through transformation initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a national employer engagement strategy.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives that improve employer onboarding and communication.
  • Provide leadership to a high performing team fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Interact with senior executives and lead discussions to resolve complex issues.
