Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of call centre experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Superb analytical skills to effectively reach prospects and create efficient processes.
  • Excellent project and process management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer and Lead Representatives to meet KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Establish frameworks for success including training and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaign objectives.
