About the Opportunity

• Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver proactive, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial guidance to improve return on invested capital (ROIC), working capital efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Oversee timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606, including project accounting and controls.
• Lead the Quarterly Strategic Review (QSR) forecast process and KPI Monitoring to drive accountability and performance improvement.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and variance explanations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Support acquisition due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
• Lead harmonization of financial reporting and controls across newly acquired businesses.
• Drive best practices in financial processes, internal controls, and policy standardization to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

About You

• CPA designation
• Audit experience gained at a Big 4 firm with a focus on public clients and 5 years post qualification experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements)
• Technically strong in IFRS reporting standards with particular emphasis on revenue recognition
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build strong, collaborative relationships with his/her team
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issue
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management
