AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Director of Engineering Management – Market Capture Lead to shape winning strategies for major opportunities in Canada. You will lead engineering contributions across strategic pursuits, proposals, and business development while driving collaboration, innovation, and growth in a dynamic, matrix environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review technical content for quality and credibility, and elevate risks and resource constraints to ensure pursuit

• Lead Engineering Management participation across captures, proposals, prospects, and strategic pursuits within an assigned market.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering contributions and align teams with market priorities, client expectations, and business objectives.
• Support the development of capture strategies, execution plans, delivery models, resource plans, and technical approaches for complex opportunities.
• Review and challenge proposal content to ensure technical quality, compliance, credibility, and delivery readiness.
• Identify and elevate technical risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns that may impact pursuit success.
• Monitor capture performance, workload, resource utilization, and market metrics to support informed decision‑making.
• Coach and develop Portfolio Leads and capture teams while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Your Role

• Lead Engineering Management participation across captures, proposals, prospects, and strategic pursuits within an assigned market.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering contributions and align teams with market priorities, client expectations, and business objectives.
• Support the development of capture strategies, execution plans, delivery models, resource plans, and technical approaches for complex opportunities.
• Review and challenge proposal content to ensure technical quality, compliance, credibility, and delivery readiness.

• Aptitude for developing teams, strengthening proposal quality, and enhancing capture management capabilities.
