Director of Education & Engagement — Full Time

Paluxy River Children’s Advocacy Center is growing, and we are seeking a passionate, motivated, and mission-driven professional to join our team as the Director of Education & Engagement. This full-time position is based in Granbury, Texas, and plays a vital role in educating our community on child abuse prevention, coordinating outreach initiatives, and strengthening partnerships across Hood, Erath, and Somervell counties. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an organized leader, and someone who is ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating structured education curriculums for students, teachers, and community members
• Coordinating and delivering trainings on child abuse prevention, recognition, and reporting
• Developing new programs or projects to meet the needs of primary and secondary victims
• Conducting outreach presentations, community engagement events, and professional trainings
• Supporting the mission and daily operations of PRCAC with compassion and professionalism
