Were seeking a Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing a strategic, hands-on leader who will architect our next phase of digital growth. Youll drive end-to-end digital performance : building awareness and acquisition, optimizing site navigation and conversion, and nurturing loyalty and repeat customers.
Youll develop the strategy and roll up your sleeves to deliver results, leading a high-performing team of specialists and managing the digital roadmap to deliver measurable growth across all channels.
Define and own the digital growth roadmap aligned with business goals.
Drive online revenue growth and customer acquisition with ROI focus.
Collaborate cross functionally with developers, designers, merchants, and operations.
Oversee site experience, navigation, and theme optimization to maximize conversions.
Lead UX / UI enhancements and SEO strategy to make BBQing an industry benchmark.
Manage integrations with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and platforms (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, CRM).
Lead paid, organic, and owned digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, email, social).
Build and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Establish a data-driven culture with rigorous reporting and continuous improvement.
Oversee brand storytelling, content creation, and campaigns.
Scale CRM, loyalty, and personalized retention programs.
Partner with vendors on co-op promotions and collaborations.
Recruit, mentor, and manage e-commerce and marketing professionals.
Foster an innovative, accountable, customer-obsessed culture.
7 plus years in senior e-commerce and digital marketing leadership (retail or consumer goods preferred).
Proven record of scaling revenue, improving conversions, and enhancing UX.
Expertise with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms.
Strong grasp of SEO, UX / UI, and omnichannel strategy.
Skilled in performance marketing, budgeting, and data-driven decisions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical, ROI-focused thinker with business discipline.
Passion for BBQ culture and outdoor living is a major plus!
