What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Drive overall cyber security compliance across the Digital organization and partner with various service teams
• Lead assessments and implement necessary changes to enhance cyber protections and address security issues
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT resources to strengthen the Information Security Program
• Define and manage the global Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention program
• Oversee technical implementation of security solutions to meet business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

• At least one Information Security certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA
• Commercial experience in hands‑on, functional Information Security roles
• Hands‑on experience with data security and/or audit/risk management
• Proven experience in developing and operating security programs
• Experience advising senior leadership on compliance and privacy laws, including GDPR

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Demonstrated experience leading data privacy programs for multinational corporations
• Experience in driving large‑scale programs and executing cross‑functional initiatives
• Familiarity with security technologies research and vendor assessments
