You will mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, support Coordinating Teachers with their Professional Growth Plans, and cultivate a culture grounded in collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross Department Collaboration

You will work closely with Finance, HR, Fund Development, and the Facilitator Team to ensure the program is financially sustainable, well staffed, and aligned with provincial standards.

Sector & Community Engagement

You will represent Community Options in the early childhood sector, participate in AISCA meetings, foster relationships with families and partners, and stay ahead of emerging trends that impact our work.
