We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care to oversee the provision of high-quality care services in our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, dementia care, and medication administration, with a passion for enhancing the well-being of our residents.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of compassionate and effective care
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Oversee medication administration processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to optimize resident care
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation for care services
• Provide leadership and guidance in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for residents
