The Opportunity

As a Director with our MTO Delivery Team, you’ll lead complex design assignments, including major P3 and alternative delivery initiatives, shaping infrastructure that connects communities and drives progress.

Compensation

• BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $177,000 – $234,400
• MB & ON: $161,500 – $222,300
• Atlantic Provinces & QC: $159,900 – $212,300
