The Opportunity

Innovate and Lead – In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering transformative transportation solutions for Ontario’s highways. As a Director with our MTO Delivery Team, you’ll lead complex design assignments, including major P3 and alternative delivery initiatives, shaping infrastructure that connects communities and drives progress.

  • Deliver end-to-end project management for large-scale MTO highway design projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones, fostering collaboration across engineering disciplines.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution for P3 and alternative delivery models, influencing outcomes on high-profile infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee quality assurance and risk mitigation strategies to maintain compliance and exceed client expectations.
  • Champion innovation in design and delivery, leveraging best practices to optimize performance and sustainability.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent WSP as a trusted advisor in transportation solutions.

Compensation
  • BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $177,000 – $234,400
  • MB & ON: $161,500 – $222,300
  • Atlantic Provinces & QC: $159,900 – $212,300
