What is the opportunity? The Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Group is a national group within RBC, focused on providing M&A services to private Canadian companies. The group is seeking a Director, Mid-Market M&A to join the team in Vancouver, and to support other offices across Canada. The Director will support the Managing Directors and Senior Directors in the preparation of presentations, research materials, proposals, financial models and transaction documentation. The Mid-Market M&A team is a strategically important offering that provides a value-added service offering. This position is ideally suited for a candidate seeking to broaden their investment banking experience with entrepreneurial clients. Mandates include the sale of privately owned businesses and non-core divisions, acquisitions, shareholder and management buyouts and capital advisory services.
