Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President, Legal Services – Investments and Specialized Financing, you will lead, mentor, and oversee the professional development of a team of experienced Legal Counsels. You will provide expert legal advice and oversee complex financial transactions, including securitizations, syndicated financings, and special projects, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will also support strategic initiatives, negotiate agreements—including key partnerships—advise business lines on legislative and regulatory changes, and contribute to process improvements and best practices in specialized financing.

We are looking for someone with experience in financial services and a proven ability to tackle complex matters by delivering innovative and thoughtful solutions. If you are bilingual, a member of the Quebec Bar or another Canadian provincial bar, and possess strong team management and leadership skills, you may be the candidate we are seeking! Ref.: #33982
