We are looking for a Director, IT Operations to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Director, IT Operations will provide leadership to the Corporate Systems, Deskside Support, Asset & License Management, Vendor Management, and IT Reporting functions for the Enterprise. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, turning business needs into practical IT solutions that enable ISC’s success. The Director, IT Operations drives continuous improvement in IT processes, policies, and practices, and ensures alignment with both business needs and industry best practice.

Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services, other highlights include:

  • Ensure the delivery of IT services aligns with strategic objectives, operational commitments, and high system availability.
  • Lead and oversee IT Operations projects, budgets, and outcomes while managing day‑to‑day operational needs.
  • Assess, optimize, and integrate Corporate Systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to support corporate initiatives and daily activities.
  • Develop and manage IT operational reporting, improving timeliness, accuracy, and actionability.
  • Lead the IT Operations team in delivering exceptional customer service and act as an escalation point for internal clients.
  • Provide IT/ITSM expertise, manage high‑severity incidents, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement and uphold an IT Governance model ensuring service continuity, compliance, and delivery to SLAs.
  • Coordinate responses for audits, business continuity, and due diligence activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and enterprise contracts to ensure service delivery and value.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for IT Operations and Corporate Systems including but not limited to project requests, change management, performance management (SLAs, SLOs) and incident management.
What you’ll need:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 10+ years progressive IT/Technology Services operations management experience; 5+ years client management experience.
  • Expertise in client management methodologies and portfolio engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, applications, infrastructure, and change control strategies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, CMMI, and best practices for business–technology integration.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex business and client issues with practical, strategic solutions.
  • Skilled at risk identification, mitigation, and aligning initiatives to minimize downtime.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with experience guiding teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in complex, integrated IT environments.
