• 10+ years experience in Asset Management.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience within Asset Management or Finance.
• Experience working on multi-year, multi-million-dollar strategic projects.

• Manage Equitable’s investment data ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Oversee a small team responsible for data management and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Data Governance team to implement best practices.
