As a key member of the Creaform leadership team, the Director of Human Resources & Culture plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving forward the company’s people strategy and Human Resources execution. This leader will spearhead initiatives across talent management, talent acquisition, learning, performance management, process optimization, total rewards, and organizational design & capabilities, ensuring that every HR practice not only supports business objectives but also reflects Creaform’s unique culture and management philosophy. With a strategic mindset and a passion for people, the incumbent will champion best-in-class HR practices that foster growth, innovation, and a thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Design and execute an annual HR strategic action plan aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to drive talent development initiatives and actively nurture a strong, values-driven company culture.
  3. Empower and drive the HR team to implement forward-thinking, high-quality practices across all areas of human resources.
  4. Collaborate with global partners to ensure seamless coordination of HR operations across international offices.
  5. Lead the rollout of corporate HR projects, processes, and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and local needs.
  6. Create and champion innovative programs that elevate talent attraction, employee retention, and the overall employee experience.
  7. Promote and implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, work-life balance, and overall quality of life at work.
  8. Oversee and enhance internal communications, developing tools and strategies that foster transparency and engagement.
  9. Model and promote behaviors that reflect Creaform’s culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Establish and track key HR performance indicators to measure impact and support continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to optimize employee benefits programs and working conditions, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
  12. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and HR regulations specific to Québec and Canada, including occupational health and safety, equity, and pay transparency.
  13. Ensure the consistency and competitiveness of salary structures within each country in which we operate and support the Finance team in the application of compensation policies, including incentive and commission plans.
  14. Drive digital transformation within HR by modernizing systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, including 5 years in team management
  • Relevant experience in a growing, global manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
  • Ability to engage and manage high-performing teams
  • Results-oriented, innovative and creative
  • Recognized for strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate in matrix environments
