A telecommunications company in Montreal is seeking a Director, HRIS to manage the HR technology ecosystem and lead Workday initiatives. Reporting into the VP, Total Reward and HRIS, the Director, HRIS is a key partner and collaborative member of the HR team, responsible for defining, evolving, and managing the company’s HR technology ecosystem. This leader will drive the Workday HRIS roadmap to deliver user‑friendly, integrated solutions and expand analytics capabilities.
This role is crucial for leveraging technology to streamline and simplify processes and with a core mandate to be a highly collaborative influencer across the organization. The Director, HRIS, possesses a general knowledge of ERP systems and/or experience managing systems outside of pure HRIS (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) to build bridges and ensure seamless, end‑to‑end integration across the enterprise’s technology platforms.
