With a dedicated internal team and hundreds of dealer partners across Canada and the United States, they are entering an exciting new phase of growth—and are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to help elevate their dealer and channel performance.
The Director – Growth Enablement will play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of expansion by improving dealer performance, strengthening sales operations, and building scalable, systemized revenue processes across the network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the dealer and partner growth strategy across North America, focusing on recruitment, activation, retention, and performance improvement.
- Manage and develop a hybrid inside / outside sales team of approximately 8–10 employees.
- Establish and maintain KPIs, performance scorecards, and clear expectations to drive predictable, measurable outcomes.
- Analyze territory and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement.
Dealer Enablement & Success
- Build a comprehensive dealer enablement program, providing partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive local growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop high-quality materials, sales collateral, and market activation tools.
- Implement structured coaching systems to elevate dealer execution, accountability, and overall performance.
- Strengthen dealer lead generation and conversion by aligning messaging, processes, and best practices.
Sales Intelligence, Data & AI Integration
- Utilize data analytics to assess dealer performance, forecast outcomes, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted sales tools to improve enablement, forecasting accuracy, and personalized support.
- Transform insights into actionable revenue strategies, increasing win rates and long-term profitability.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align capacity, messaging, and dealer support.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions with key dealers to evaluate progress and set goals.
- Serve as a key voice representing dealer insights, ensuring feedback informs go-to-market strategy and operational enhancements.
- Maintain accountability for driving core business KPIs, including activation, retention, and revenue growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or dealer / franchise network leadership.
- A track record of building or scaling dealer, franchise, channel, or partner networks.
- Experience managing inside and outside sales teams and coaching them to higher performance.
- Strong ability to build and implement KPIs, dashboards, playbooks, and structured performance management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in B2B2C or channel-based selling environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience using sales intelligence tools, CRM systems, and ideally AI-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure in a growing, fast-paced environment.

- Experience in home improvement, building products, residential services, or similar industries (asset).
- Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire teams and partners across diverse geographies.
