Qualifications

• 10+ years in spectrum management, regulatory affairs, or telecom law within the satellite or aerospace sector.
• Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, and ITU frameworks and procedures.
• Technical expertise in RF engineering, satellite systems, and/or inter-satellite links.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kepler’s global spectrum strategy, including frequency planning and licensing.
• Build and lead a government relations function to help advance organizational goals.
• Represent Kepler before national and international regulatory bodies.
