Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to build and lead the operating infrastructure for rapid productization and global scale. You will own cross-functional go-to-market readiness, S&OP, RMA, and customer operations, partnering with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Quality to drive end-to-end ownership.

• Experience leading hardware or complex product supply chains.
• Ability to align engineering, product, sales, manufacturing, quality, finance, and legal teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional processes and own supply chain deliverables for global certification and market readiness.
• Own and mature the S&OP process linking demand, forecasts, supply, and financials for exec visibility.
• Build end-to-end global RMA and customer operations within Supply Chain with clear metrics.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, governance, and scalable operating mechanisms.
