Compensation $115,700 - $173,600
The Director, Financial Reporting & Allocation Strategy leads the enterprise-wide allocation strategy, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance across management and legal entities. This role drives process simplification, oversees integration of financial and technology frameworks, and partners with stakeholders to deliver clear, efficient, and scalable allocation solutions.

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
