Working in partnership with business and IT leaders, you will help drive the successful execution of a complex, multi-year transformation initiative that supports IPEX's strategic and operational objectives.This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in one of IPEX's most significant technology and business transformation programs. You will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and executive leadership, helping to align business priorities with program delivery while supporting our North American manufacturing footprint. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to lead large-scale initiatives in a complex and evolving environment.# **Principal Responsibilities*** Drive program success through a deliberate three-way partnership among IT, the Business, and the System Integrator, with clearly defined roles, decision rights, and accountability across all levels of governance.* Accountable for delivery of targeted business outcomes, value realization, and operational stabilization following key deployment milestones and go-live events.* Establish and enforce program governance frameworks including stage gates, steering cadences, risk registers, and escalation protocols.* Manage integrated program schedules, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets exceeding $10M.* Lead cross-functional teams of 50+ internal staff and external consultants.* Drive executive and board-level reporting including program health dashboards, financial forecasts, and milestone tracking.* Build and sustain high-trust partnerships with system integrators and third-party vendors while maintaining rigorous accountability to contractual commitments, delivery milestones, and performance standards.* Lead organizational readiness, change management, and communications strategies in partnership with the IPEX Change Management and Business Leads.* Champion process standardization, data governance, and master data management across the enterprise.# Qualifications & Experience* 10+ years of progressive IT leadership and a minimum of 5 years in senior ERP program delivery roles.* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (required); MBA strongly preferred.* Proven track record leading full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield) in a manufacturing or industrial environment.* Experience managing multi-year ERP programs with budgets exceeding $10M and teams of 50+ across multi-plant, multi-country environments.* Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules; familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP release and environment management.* Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business language for C-suite and board audiences.* Strong negotiation, vendor management, and influencing skills in a matrixed organization.* Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive decisions under pressure, and build trust across cross-functional teams.* Ability to effectively lead large-scale organizational change, driving alignment, adoption, and commitment across diverse stakeholder groups.* Demonstrated accountability for delivering agreed outcomes, benefits realization, operational improvements, and program objectives.* Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks while ensuring effective governance and escalation processes.* Champions innovation, process optimization, and operational excellence to maximize business value and ERP platform capabilities.## **Travel:** Travel required based on business needs and key program milestones, including visits to IPEX locations, project sites, and partner locations as necessary. ### *IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
