As our Director Employer Strategy & Engagement youll set and execute the national vision for how we partner with our participating employers under DBPlus. Reporting to the Vice President Employer Services youll play a central role in shaping our growth and modernization journey. You will lead strategic initiatives that enhance employer satisfaction streamline operations and position CAAT as a valued partner for organizations across Canada.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of pension governance client relationship management and operational strategy. You will guide a large team of professionals influence organization wide decisions and ensure that every employer from small businesses to large organizations experiences exceptional service compliance confidence and a seamless partnership.
