CPA Western School of Business (CPAW SB) seeks a Director of Education Technology to shape strategy, governance, and operations for learning platforms, assessments, and integrations. You will collaborate with Learning & Innovation, IS, and academic partners to advance teaching and learner success.

Hybrid work is available; CPAWSB offices are in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver with occasional travel. Salary range CAD 121,700 to 182,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and a culture rooted

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and equivalent combinations may be considered.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in educational technology.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience.
• Experience managing LMS, digital learning ecosystems, and edtech platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and strategic technology investments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute CPAWSB's education technology strategy.
• Provide strategic advice on technology-enabled learning, assessment, and student support.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead initiatives enhancing learner, educator, and staff experience.
• Manage budgets and ensure investments deliver measurable value.
• Oversee Canvas, assessment platforms, and system integrations.
• Ensure high-quality support for students and staff.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead QA, testing, and governance activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Ensure privacy, security, accessibility, and data governance.
