Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience with eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, or Reveal).
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
• Authorized to work in Canada on a full‑time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of projects with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical skills and methodologies to client situations and create customized solutions.
• Provide complete client service with strong attention to quality and timelines.
• Introduce additional FTI services as client needs dictate.
• Maintain professional image and client-facing standards.
