  • Supervise the development, publication, and ongoing maintenance of dispatch manuals to ensure they remain current and compliant.
  • Address individual performance issues by following established performance management practices and documentation standards.
  • Manage fuel efficiency through effective flight planning and support corporate fuel initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Pilot and Finance.
  • Issue bulletins and memos as required to ensure policies and procedures support a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Dispatcher, Technical on the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Flight Dispatch systems and related technologies.
  • Liaise with existing vendors regarding product development, defect resolution, and future improvements that support Flair’s business model and operational needs.
  • Plan and execute short‑ and long‑term projects designed to improve safety, reduce CASM, and enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Dispatcher, Training to ensure a high standard of training and full compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor and forecast manpower requirements based on fleet expansion and operational changes; issue monthly rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage in line with absence requests and operational needs.
  • Develop, document, and implement processes with internal and external stakeholders to support consistent and effective dispatch operations.
  • Represent Flair at vendor conferences, industry forums, and working groups as required.
  • Coordinate with Flight Operations Management regarding changes to regulations and industry standards that affect Dispatch and ensure all relevant changes are communicated to the Dispatch department.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
