We are seeking an exceptional Director, Digital Design to lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, scalable, and beautiful platform experiences across mobile and web. You will play a key role in designing for both sides of our ecosystem—Crew members and suppliers—and ensuring consistency, usability, and delight across touchpoints. This role requires strong hands‑on design execution, systems thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data teams in a fast‑paced environment.
This position may be hybrid based in our Markham, Ontario office or be fully remote within North America.
The successful Director, Digital Design will be instrumental in shaping our design system, UX principles, and the craft culture within the organization. Our ideal candidate will reduce user friction and improve usability scores.
