This executive role includes developing global outreach to acquire high-net-worth members, fostering relationships within influential circles, and ensuring exceptional member experiences. The candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in luxury brand management and a deep understanding of UHNW ecosystem dynamics, with verifiable access to relevant networks. This position is remote with international travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in ultra-luxury brand development and elite UHNW private club leadership.
• Proven access to global UHNW networks or family offices.
• Demonstrated success with venture-backed growth or asset-based membership program scaling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute global growth strategy to onboard 500 distinguished members.
• Build and nurture powerful referral networks with family offices and wealth advisors.
• Design and deliver ultra-personalized onboarding and legacy planning services for members.
