About the Opportunity

Our client, an established national organization, is seeking a Director, Corporate Services to lead their internal support functions, including administration, financial oversight, compliance, and logistical coordination. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees a small team providing critical organizational support to multiple departments and committees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, fiscal management experience, and the ability to foster smooth operational workflows.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internal support and administrative staff
  • Oversee budget management, financial controls, audit preparations, and business continuity planning
  • Manage office coordination, records, corporate policies, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide secretariat support for key organizational meetings including logistical and administrative planning
  • Support development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain security standards and oversee vendor relationships and contracts

Act as interim leader for executive support functions when required

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities in complex organizations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-enabled workflows
  • Experience managing financial budgets, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
  • Veteran or military experience is considered a strong asset
