We are looking to hire an accomplished and dynamic leader to drive opportunity and revenue generation for our inside sales organization. The organization includes a team of Strategic Development Representatives (SDRs), and a team of Account Executives (AEs). The Director, Inside Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy and growth across these teams, driving aggressive opportunity creation and revenue targets. This executive leader will manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales organization, leveraging Quantcast's unique AI-driven capabilities to secure new business and foster deep client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of scaling sales organizations in the ad tech or SaaS industries, a passion for AI, and a commitment to a privacy-centric future. A track record of accomplishment and expertise in inside sales will be critical.
