    • Serve as a thought partner to the Sr. Director in shaping the broader Commercial FP&A agenda, contributing perspective on ARR growth strategies and Contribution Margin opportunities beyond direct pillars of ownership

    • Drive significant transformation with AI, revamping the top Commercial FP&A processes to improve speed, provide advice to the business, agility in understanding scenarios, and expand team scope

    • Partner with Corporate FP&A to harmonize and drive best practices in overlapping areas such as costs management and forecasting

  • Commercial Deal Operational Excellence

    • Partner with GTM Leadership to evolve DealDesk governance that is shared between Finance and Revenue Operations

    • Partner with Revenue Operations to set the strategic vision and governance model for the DealDesk function, including standards for deal quality and performance metrics

    • Advise on promotional programs or concession frameworks

    • Define performance metrics and accountability structures for commercial deal health

    • Collaborate with Monetization Strategy and Pricing to operationalize pricing objectives

    • Partner with Partnerships and Corporate Strategy in negotiating terms of new Strategic Partnerships or Marketplace partners

    • Measure the financial health of existing Partnerships and advise on levers to drive Contribution Margin expansion

  • Contribution Margin Expansion

    • Own the financial partnership with GTM leadership to allocate investments with discipline to maximize Contribution Margin while sustaining ARR momentum

    • Drive best practices in resource allocation and investments; create efficiency metrics and conduct scenario planning

    • Capac ity planning to support headcount aligned to growth objectives

    • Advise on commission program design & governance and on resource allocation decisions such as marketing channel mix

    • Manage GTM partners to maintain accurate forecasts on headcount and discretionary spend

    • Drive scenario planning and stress-testing across time horizons, quantifying upside and downside outcomes

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development

    • Lead a team of FP&A professionals with a clear vision and high performance expectations

    • Develop and sustain a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning

  • Meaningful experience across commercial topics (e.g., deal structure, contracting, pricing) and with GTM functions is a strict requirement

  • Experience with meaningful AI transformation in finance workflows is highly desirable

  • Ability to influence and communicate complex financial topics to executive and C-suite audiences, including investor-facing contexts

  • Deep financial modelling expertise, including deal structuring, scenario analysis, and contribution margin frameworks in a SaaS context

  • Track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes in a high-growth environment

  • Advanced understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40) and financial accounting practices
