Job summary

Bell AI Fabric is seeking a Director of Strategy to partner with the executive team and drive the company’s most important strategic priorities in Canada. You will work directly with Bell AI Fabric Board members, governments, customers, investors, and partners to shape decisions and translate them into action.

You will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across corporate strategy, partnerships, and government engagement, delivering executable plans and clear narratives for action.

Qualifications

• Typically 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, infrastructure strategy, corporate development, transactions, or similar.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication for senior leaders.
• Experience building and driving workplans for large, cross-functional initiatives with governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategy partner to the executive team and lead Bell AI Fabric's priority opportunities.
• Lead structured problem-solving on growth, market positioning, and partnerships; distill complexity into clear choices.
• Develop decision-oriented recommendations for senior executives and board with clear options and risks.
• Evaluate and advance strategic partnerships, government initiatives, and major customer opportunities.
• Translate strategy into executable workplans with milestones, owners, and escalation paths.
• Drive large cross-functional projects from framing through delivery and closure.
• Identify gaps in processes, governance, and operating cadence to improve execution.
