Responsibilities

• Leads the development and application of portfolio analytics to identify profitability trends, rate adequacy issues, growth opportunities, and underwriting actions across Canadian business segments.
• Provides actuarial guidance and business insights related to profitability; acts as account manager on key broker/client engagements.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to develop pricing, portfolio management and underwriting strategy for the Canadian Branch; drives innovation in products.
