  • Manage store operations to drive sales, control costs, reduce losses and damages, including merchandising, inventory management, host, host, cash, and front of the store.

  • Recruit, train, and develop associates to ensure they are supported and motivated. Give the example and provide feedback on succession planning and development plans.

  • Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures and policies to reduce risk and costs. Review store reports, conduct inspections, accuracy and schedule meetings on programs with associates.

  • Formulate recommendations to the District Manager and business development teams on merchandise assortment, inventory levels and demographic data of customers.
