As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Whether you’re helping with day-to-day tasks or supporting a new life skill, you’ll play a meaningful role in someone’s journey toward greater independence.

What You’ll Do
  • Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
  • Take individuals on community outings—whether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day.
  • Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care.
  • Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
What You Bring
  • A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
  • CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus—but if you bring passion and dedication, we’ll provide the training.
