Job summary

TD in Toronto is seeking an Internship/Co-op role for Winter/Term 2 to support the TD Direct Investing Journey. You will work under a Senior Product Manager, possibly leading an initiative, and collaborate with IT, architecture, and business teams.

The role emphasizes learning, agile collaboration, and delivering value through feature roadmaps, analytics, and innovation. This is a hands-on, developmental position.

Reporting toaSeniorProductManageryoumay be assigned to supportaManager,and/or lead an initiative inone or more of the following areas(to be determined):

• Product Ownership:Support theSenior Manager orManagerin drivingtheobjectiveand keyresultfor a given phase of the Journey (Shop, Buy, Serve, Engage)bycreating and maintaining feature roadmaps, managing escalations, assessing customer feedback,andcommunicatingsprint goalsas part of anagileteam includingIT,Architecture,ChangeManagement

• Analytics & Insights:Support theSenior Manager or ManagerbymeasuringJourneyKeyResultsat each phaseandunderstandtheir driverstoassessprogress,anduncovernewdata-driveninsights toinfluence both short term tactics andlonger-termstrategy

• Emerging Investor Solutions:Support theSeniorManageror Managerwith thelonger-terminnovationagendaby exploring, developing, and validating new concepts, and defining and scoping early-stage opportunities through prototyping and testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working towards a degree/diploma in a related field (e.g.: IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business…etc.)
