BDO Canada’s Management Consulting Practice seeks a motivated Co-op or Intern to support digital strategy and transformation projects in Toronto. You will assist in client engagements, prepare proposals, collect data, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.

This role values teamwork, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning, delivering high‑quality work while expanding expertise in digital, data and AI applications.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, CS/Tech, Economics or Mathematics.
• Interest in management consulting and technology.
• Familiar with digital strategy principles, data analytics and AI in business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering digital strategy engagements and understand client needs.
• Help prepare proposals to win new client work across industries.
• Perform data collection, stakeholder interviews, and client discovery sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering high-quality service.
• Communicate project progress and activities to clients and team members.
• Stay current on technology and industry developments to bring fresh ideas.
