Ciklum in Canada seeks a Digital Track QE Lead to drive automation strategy and quality across enterprise applications. You’ll design, build, and mentor on scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and Playwright, while advancing BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin and CI/CD gates.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, align testing approaches to complex digital platforms, and guide release readiness in a fast-paced, remote-friendly Canadian hub.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation roles.
• Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Python, Playwright.
• Strong BDD experience with Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Experience implementing CI/CD quality gates with GitHub Actions.
• Experience defining automation strategy and practices.
• Strong UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing knowledge.
• Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring automation engineers.
• Ability to work PST hours.
